The times have changed and information is pervasive in almost all countries thanks to overnight shipping, the internet and online courses. That means that what we know here, others can learn too, the classes that are available here in the US are available anywhere whether its via video streaming, tape, or even flying over teachers\advisers.
Its no surprise to our association that a team that knows the language, the culture , and the layout (things that have to be taught through experience ) is going to work quicker and faster and for less costs. That is why we believe in investing in these local ministries instead of just raising missionaries.
